Beth Chin

Profile

Beth is a graduate of the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ School of Social Work, class of 2003. She joined ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØSSW as an Adjunct Professor in 2014.  

Beth is also a Regional Director at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network of Central MA Community Services and a member of Wayside’s Senior Management Team. Beth has worked at Wayside for over 24 years in various capacities providing services to youth and with serious emotional/behavioral challenges and their families.  

Her experience consists of residential treatment, in-home/community services, care coordination, mobile crisis, and collaborating with Department of Children and Families, Department of Mental Health and the juvenile justice system.  

In addition to her roles at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ and Wayside, Beth has worked as a consultant for the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative of Massachusetts since 2013 as a Wraparound Coach and on the MA Practice Review team.  

In her free time, Beth volunteers as a Girl Scout leader and enjoys hiking with her family and dogs.
