Irish Literature and Culture

The M.A. in Irish Literature and Culture is a degree offered through the English Department and an integral part of ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ’s Irish Studies Program. 

Program Overview

The two-year program of study allows students to design an integrated, individualized, interdisciplinary course of study drawing from a range of fields, including literature, Irish language, history, women’s studies, American studies, fine arts, music and cultural studies.
Candidates are accepted via the English department’s M.A. admissions committee and are eligible for fellowships and teaching assignments on an equal footing with English M.A. candidates.
