The Boston Chapter is made up of over 80,000 alumni, parents and friends.Ìý The Chapter offers multiple opportunities throughout the year to network and engage with fellow Eagles both back on The Heights, and throughout various parts of Boston; from the North Shore to the South Shore.

The Boston Chapter is looking for volunteers! ! If you are interested in becoming a chapter leader or chapter volunteer, please contact the Regional Engagement Team by emailing chapters@bc.edu. Examples of responsibilities include organizing an annual calendar of alumni events, managing the chapter's social media presence, and helping host local events.

Favorite ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ Memory:ÌýCheering on the Boston Marathon runners at Mile 21 in the pouring rain with my roommates.

Why did you get involved?:ÌýGiven that my time on campus was cut short due to the pandemic, I wanted to stay connected to the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ community. Getting involved in the Boston Chapter has been a great way to connect with fellow alumni.

What are your local favorites?:ÌýLolita, Trattoria II Panino, Saltie Girl

Fun Fact:ÌýI love to swim and enjoy teaching swim lessons in the Greater Boston area!

Favorite ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ Memory: Singing at Pops on the Heights with the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ Chorale, and sharing the stage with Jennifer Hudson, John Williams, and the Boston Pops in 2017!

Why did you get involved?: I loved my time at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ, and being in the Boston area post-grad, I wanted to find a way to stay connected with all the local ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ alumni. Co-leading the Boston Chapter allows us to plan events for the Boston alumni, create a greater sense of community and unity with the thousands of alumni in the area, and showcase our ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ spirit!

What are your local favorites?: White Mountain Creamery for the best ice cream; Fuel America for strong coffee and amazing coffee house vibes; Trident Booksellers & Cafe on Newbury Street for brunch; Barcelona for tapas and the best bread; House of Blues for concerts; and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and Boston Public Library.

Fun Fact: I grew up on an organic vegetable farm in the Boston suburbs
