Karen Kelly Kiefer

Director

Karen Kiefer '82 serves as the director of the Church in the 21st Century Center at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ. Before joining the C21 Center in 2008, she held positions in University Advancement and as an adjunct faculty member in the Communication Department. Karen is the founder of Spread the Bread, an award-winning, nonprofit organization and taught religious education in local parishes for 25 years. She is author of the children's book, "The Misfit Sock" and recently authored the children's book, "Drawing God", sparking a world-wide movement. The mother of four daughters, Karen resides in Wayland with her husband, Sam.

Lynn Berardelli

Associate Director

Lynn Berardelli, CSOM ’88, MA ’20, P ’18 & ’19, serves as the Associate Director of The Church in the 21st Century Center at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ. Experience in the banking industry, non-profit organizations, teaching theology, and parenting, led Lynn to pursue a master’s degree at the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ School of Theology and Ministry, and to make an intentional shift to enhance and promote the life-long faith formation process. Her studies and research concentrated on religious education, interfaith collaboration, and the application of digital media and communication strategies to ministry. She is excited to be back on campus and enthusiastic about sharing her management and leadership experience to support the mission of the Center through its programs and in her role as managing editor of the C21 Resources publication.

Eileen Corkery

Eileen Corkery

Assistant Director, Programming

Eileen Corkery, MCAS ’17, serves as the Assistant Director of Programming at The Church in the 21st Century Center at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ. Prior to joining the C21 Center in 2022, she worked for four years in the Office of the President and the Office of the Executive Vice President, providing administrative support to ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ's leadership. Eileen is passionate about ministry, mentorship, and Catholic education. At the C21 Center, Eileen combines her passions by spearheading the Center's programming efforts, notably Agape Latte, Mass & Mingle, and Espresso Your Faith Week. Through her work, Eileen hopes to inspire students to reflect upon and share their own stories of faith.

Andrew Craig

Andrew Craig

Assistant Director, Communications

Andrew Craig, LSEHD '17, MATM '19, serves as the Assistant Director of Communications of the Church in the 21st Century Center at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ. His experience in ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ's School of Education led him to pursue his master's degree at the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ School of Theology and Ministry. Afterward, he served as a campus minister and teacher at Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School for three years. His ministry and love of sharing the faith through writing and design led him to the C21 Center and its mission. He is excited to serve as part of the C21 Center team and offer faith resources to the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ community and beyond!Â
