- Per Massachusetts General Law, the following situation(s) will receive a full refund, if requested:
- All memberships/programs/services may be cancelled within three business days of your sale date
- Per Massachusetts General Law, the following situations are eligible for cancellation, if requested:
- If you have a written medical note stating that you cannot physically or medically receive the services because of significant physical or medical disability for a period in excess of three months
- Eligible for a prorated refund starting the date of cancellation
- Buyers may also cancel if they move their residence to a location more than twenty-five miles from a health club operated by ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ

- Payroll Deduction Membership Cancellations
- Payroll Deduction memberships run through May 31 of each year and are non-refundable/non-transferable. If cancelled ON OR BEFORE the 15th of the month, that month will still be charged. If cancelled AFTER the 15th of the month (starting the 16th), please note that one additional automatic billing charge is required before cancellation.
- For example, if cancellation occurs on March 14th, the month of MARCH will still be charged. If cancellation occurs on March 18th, the month of APRIL will still be charged.
- Payroll Deduction memberships run through May 31 of each year and are non-refundable/non-transferable. If cancelled ON OR BEFORE the 15th of the month, that month will still be charged. If cancelled AFTER the 15th of the month (starting the 16th), please note that one additional automatic billing charge is required before cancellation.

- All other membership cancellation/refund requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed. Please note there is a 20% cancellation processing fee for all approved cancellations/refunds that do not fall under the aforementioned policies.
- Refunds will NOT be given for guest passes.

- Locker and Towel Service
- If your membership is cancelled in accordance with the above guidelines, locker and towel service will follow suit, starting with the date of cancellation.
- All other locker and towel service sales are final. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
- Per Massachusetts General Law, the following situation(s) will receive a full refund, if requested:
- All memberships/programs/services may be cancelled within three business days of your sale date
- NO refunds will be given if a participant cancels five days or less before the start of a program.
- Please note there is a 20% cancellation processing fee for all approved cancellations/refundsÂ
- With exception to cancellation within three business days of sale date
- Campus Recreation reserves the right to cancel programs due to building and/or University reduced operations and/or closures. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, Campus Recreation will not grant refunds.
- If Campus Recreation cancels a program due to low enrollment, registered participants should be notified and offered the option of transferring to another program or receiving a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Participants wishing to cancel a personal training session must contact their trainer 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to contact your trainer will result in forfeiture of the session.
Late Policy
- Participants in a personal training session should arrive fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of a session.
- All one-hour sessions will end one hour after the scheduled start time.
- Â If a participant is 15 minutes late the session will be cancelled and the participant will forfeit the session.
Cancellation Policy
Campus Recreation group fitness instructors reserve the right to cancel a group fitness class if two or less participants are in attendance.
- To cancel a registration for a group fitness class, follow the instructions below:

- Click "Sign In" and use your Agora information to sign in
- Click your username at the top of the page
- Select "Profile"
- Click "Program Registrations"
- Click three dots next to the class you would like to cancel and select "Cancel Registration"
- Please note that you cannot cancel a registration after the start time of the class
Cancellation Policy
- Minimum enrollment levels must be met for classes to be held. If Campus Recreation cancels a class due to low enrollment, registered participants will be notified and offered the option of transferring to another class or receiving a full refund.
- A participant wishing to be removed from class must do so fourteen days (two weeks) before the start of class to receive a refund. A participant will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
- A participant may ask to be switched into another class fourteen days (two weeks) before the start of class with no penalty. If a participant wishes to be switched to another class thirteen days or less before the start of class they will be charged a $100 transfer fee.   Â
- No refunds will be given if a participant cancels thirteen days or less before the start of class or after the start of class.
- You may receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee if you are medically unfit to participate. A doctor’s note stating that you are unfit to participate in the activity must be presented to Member Services.
- Please be aware that there is a Prerequisite Swim Assessment for all Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor classes. This swim assessment must be passed to continue with the class. If you fail to pass the swim assessment you will be not be able to continue with the class.There will be no refund for anyone who fails the Prerequisite Swim Assessment.
