Beta Software

ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ ITS does not support beta software and does not recommend using beta software as your primary operating system or for software that is critical for you.

Get selected software, such as Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office) and research software. Certain downloads may be restricted and require authorization.

Securely access certain licensed software applications on the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ Application Server (ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ Apps) that were once only available on ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ lab computers.

Hardware

Computer repair is available for both ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ-owned and personally-owned computers.

For ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ-owned warranty and non-warranty computers and printers: ITS covers the cost of repairs.


Ìý

ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØCR is the ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ Computer Replacement Program. Through the program, eligible faculty and staff computers are replaced every four years.


Ìý

A service to utilize existing ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ computers more efficiently. Departments can exchange older computers for recently retired (but newer) ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØCR computers.
