Philip oversees the Consulting, Finance, and Business career cluster. His responsibilities include providing individual and group career coaching to students and recent alumni, organizing career development related programming for the cluster, and building relationships with campus partners and employers. Before joining the Career Center team,Philip worked at Goldman Sachs in senior roles spanning divisional CFO, COO and Diversity and Talent Development positions. Philip graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in Economics and he also has a Master of Business Administration from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Outside of work, Philip enjoys exploring the coast and islands of Maine.

Fun Fact:

A few years after starting his post college career in the Boston area, he relocated to Europe for three years working and living in Geneva, Switzerland and London, England.

Coaching Style:

My approach to coaching focuses on assisting individuals in determining their short and long-term goals, then providing guidance in making choices that support these goals as well as personal and professional needs. My goal is to help individuals identify and take ownership of their needs, which will be impactful on their success and happiness.
