Noël Ingram is the Digital Teaching Programs Administrator on the Faculty Development and Innovation Team at the Center for Digital Innovation in Learning (CDIL) at ɬÀï·¬ÏÂÔØ. She brings to this role a decade of expertise in teaching and instructional design, working with students ranging in age from middle school to adult learners. She is devoted to crafting educational experiences that trouble disciplinary boundaries, prioritize inclusion and access, and challenge students to draw connections between their passions and identities and the communicative choices they make for diverse publics both within and outside the academy.

As a Ph.D. student in the English Department, Noël’s research explores the embodied, affective, and political dimensions of reading, writing, and creating in public, with particular attention to feminist zines and textile-based compositions. She’s keenly interested in the intersection of the digital and the analog, specifically the implications of remediating the material to the digital, and vice-versa.

Originally from California, Noël holds an M.A. in American Studies from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of California at Davis. She received her teaching certification from Loyola Marymount University through the LMU | Teach For America Partnership.
